twin port single

by the looks of it.

OWD STUFF

April 23, 2008

Limoges”salon des motos” annual bike show was a huge success.
Beautiful spring weather brought the Limousin bikers out in droves…..
crowds of bikers
There were the usual trade stands and club stands….

How about a hub steering Bimota Tesi at 28,000 euros!
Tesi

In the smaller hall was “a history of the motorcycle” from the earliest days. An amazing collection- and an amazing bit of organisation, since all the bikes were individually owned and displayed. I,ve posted lots of pictures for you-see how many you can recognise!…………..

How about a “barn find Harley”-patina or what???
barnfindharley

Or 4 cylinders, swept back bars AND pedals!

A 5 cylinder bike, arranged in rotary fashion, holder of numerous speed titles(over 220km per hour on bicycle tyres).

Is this bike a Henderson?

What a lovely Benelli-great colour!

Or a Keihler Scoffier-neat name? 220 plus kph – not with me on board,no sir;

There were loads of others including a Triton -ex Ron Haslam!
Vincents,AJS,Nortons,Indians,talking of which-aint this a beauty!

All in all a very nice day out! :p

ps I,ve loads more pictures of old bikes from the show-email me and I,ll send them on
